We are pleased to present a hassle free and cost effective way for you to access your conference call recordings. For only $25 per month you can download your conference call as soon as it ends. You no longer have to waste time waiting your recorded call to be sent to you. Simply log in to our web portal and view all of your recordings for the month. You will be billed monthly, starting with the first day your web access account is active.

Within 48 hours after filling out the following information you will receive an email from support@totallyfreeconferencecalls.com that will confirm your order and contain your web access URL, username and password, which you will need to keep in your records.

Terms and Conditions	Terms and Conditions Service Availability You must be at least 18 years old or of the minimum age as required by your state to subscribe to our platform services. Use of our service acknowledges your acceptance of the terms and conditions described herein. Your assigned toll free number is available to you and your callers from anywhere in the continental United States, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Canada and many of the U.S. Caribbean Islands. Terms and Rates Our client services department will process your application over the internet with a VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover Card. Service availability under Totally Free Conference Calls terms and conditions starts on the date of activation. You may change your configuration for all recurring service fees and usage charges at any time by contacting our Client Services department. There may be a minimal fee for changing configurations. You are solely responsible for all recurring service fees and charges including but not limited to payphone surcharges, a wrong number, unauthorized access, and calls to pay-per-call programs or international destinations. Charges shall include any applicable federal, state or local taxes. The balance of all accounts, which are past due, shall accrue interest at the rate of twenty-one percent (21%) per annum or the then current lawful maximum rate, whichever is less. The Client shall further be liable for all costs, including attorney�s fees, incurred by the Company in collecting overdue payments. Cancellation If you wish to cancel your account permanently or temporarily you must fax or email your request for cancellation to 619-308-3620 or support@totallyfreeconferencecalls.com. This request must be received five business days prior to the month you wish to cancel. Your monthly fee is non-refundable. Refund Policy Our toll free service bills your credit card on the fifth of every month. You will be billed a $5 monthly service fee and 6.9 cents per minute for all monthly usage. If you use our web access you will be billed a $25 monthly service fee on your activation anniversary date. If you request a refund, our policy is to research all refunds within a week following your inquiry. All refunds will be determined on a case by case basis. Totally Free Conference calls are not responsible for: * Dropped calls due to the use of a cell phone * Participants that can not get into a conference due to conference room capacity * Harsh climate conditions in Minnesota, where the calls are placed into, that might cause the conference to be dropped * Dropped due to the use of VoIP. VoIP users need to contact their provider to let them know they will be on a conference call longer then 20 minutes * Issues involving your long distance provider Billing Toll Free service: Your credit card will be charged a $5 monthly service fee as well as any per minute usage charges. All per-minute calls will be calculated and charged to your credit card on the fifth of every month. Web Access to recordings: Your credit card will be billed a $25 monthly service fee on your activation anniversary date. Credit Verification You authorize Totally Free Conference Calls to obtain information about your credit history as part of Totally Free Conference Calls activation process. Totally Free Conference Calls reserves the right to request information for approval purposes and to refuse service to any applicant for any reason. Assigned Phone Number The phone number(s) issued to you are the property of Totally Free Conference Calls and cannot be transferred to another party without written permission. Totally Free Conference Calls retains the right to change your assigned number(s) if necessary. You will be notified in advance of any changes. Changes in Service Totally Free Conference Calls reserves the right to change the availability of or make modifications, deletions, or additions to service offerings at any time without prior notice. Service Interruption/Termination In the event that you are unable to pay your monthly fee and /or usage amount by the due date and/or your payment is returned for insufficient funds, Totally Free Conference Calls may regretfully suspend your service without notice until you have made your account current. If non-payment is the reason for suspension, a $25.00 reconnection fee will be charged when payment is made. If your account is not brought current within ten (10) days after the date payment was due, Totally Free Conference Calls may terminate your service without further notice, and pursue any other remedy at law or in equity, including reporting the unpaid debt to a credit-reporting agency. Totally Free Conference Calls may immediately terminate your service without notice if your usage is in any way interfering with the operation of the network or if Totally Free Conference Calls suspects that the use of your service is fraudulent. Totally Free Conference Calls may terminate your service without cause by notifying you in writing. Limitation of Liability Totally Free Conference Calls will strive to provide continuous service with the goal of no blocked calls to you. However, Totally Free Conference Calls cannot be held liable for service interruptions, including dropped calls, due to equipment failure, equipment or facilities shortages that create transmission limitations, system capacity limitations, strikes, acts of God or other cause beyond our reasonable control. Totally Free Conference Calls liability if any, in the operation of service or equipment shall not exceed the amount of our pro-rated monthly charge for service access during the period affected. You assume all risks associated with the use of the service including liability arising out of the fraudulent use of our service. Totally Free Conference Calls will not be liable for you and you agree to hold Totally Free Conference Calls harmless from any costs, delays, special, incidental or consequential damages, physical harm or any other damage that may be alleged from the use of the service. You specifically agree that Totally Free Conference Calls will not be liable for any damages resulting from or in connection with the use of our service for life-threatening or emergency situations. Miscellaneous If legal action is initiated by either party concerning this Agreement, the prevailing party shall be entitled to recover all costs and reasonable attorney fees, including costs and fees on appeal. Totally Free Conference Calls may assign all or part of this Agreement by giving you written notice, and you agree to make all subsequent payments as instructed in such notice. You may not assign your rights or obligations under the Agreement without prior written approval from Totally Free Conference Calls. If any terms stated herein are invalid or unenforceable, then the remaining terms shall remain in effect. This Agreement shall be construed in accordance with and governed by the laws of the State of California in San Diego County. In addition, the court and authorities of the State of California in San Diego County shall have exclusive jurisdiction over all controversies that may arise with respect to this Agreement. Service of all notices under this Agreement shall be sufficient if given personally or mailed by certified mail, return receipt requested, postage prepaid, to the receiving party involved at its respective address or any other address as either party may provide in writing.
